Can I reschedule?  Due to Louise's demanding schedule we only allow 1 reschedule per quarter, and request 72 hours notice.

Should for some reason Louise be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances - we will reschedule your session, or alternatively provide a highly skilled coach - with your agreement.
